First class all the way! Mariola in particular made the experience super easy. She is the best!

My dropoff was easy & the shuttle to the car dealership was great. My only pain point was the lack of communication once things were finishing up. It took a week for the parts to arrive, which is understandable. But I received a call on Friday that they were finishing up, so I assumed my car would be ready to go the next day, and I didn't hear that my car was ready until Tuesday morning. There wasn't much communication in between. Then when I came to pick up the car I still had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to locate my car, wash it, etc. Overall everyone was nice and did their best, I just felt like they could have communicated more clearly how long my car was going to be worked on.

I arrived at the dealership, talked to the salesman George and told him what I was interested in, he came back about 20 minutes later and told me he was glad to meet all my requirements and I could come back the following day to sign the papers and pick up my new car. Everything went very smoothly.
